クズ材木

祖父の家は、山林材木業で都会のど真ん中ながら、クズ材木でお風呂を焚いていた。
温まり方が全然違った。都会の中で一軒だけが煙突から煙が出ていた。
そう言えば、小学校にも校庭の片隅に焼却炉があったのに、今って無いんだろ？

鰹節

昔我が家では、鰹節削りで鰹節を削っていた。
それなりにご馳走で温かいご飯の上に削りたてを載せて、生卵を使わずそれのみでの醤油かけご飯、美味しかったなあ！
