"glee" one of the most popular TV programs in the States has just started on April 7th in Japan. Oops, it exactly has begun in 2011 but on the BS wave of Japan.
This time on the surface digital TV wave of Japan is applauded.
However you know, it is a kind of the wave managed by the government.
They try to prevent us from a lot of things.

仕事が見つからないし、50を過ぎたショック。
体調に変化をもたらしているし、何しろ五十肩の激痛が極めて酷い。

frozen shoulder

五十肩、凄い激痛が走る。
適切な治療を試みれば、治る期間を短く出来るらしい。
基本的には必ず治るが、かなり期間が掛かる。２年くらいも......
関節包に炎症が起こり、腕の外側に痛みが生ずる。
発症〜3ヶ月：急性期　激痛
                      ：無理に動かしてはいけない。悪化する。

                      ：飲み薬、湿布、局所麻酔、ヒアルロン酸、ステロイド

                      ：安静

3ヶ月〜1年  ：慢性期　やや軽減
                      ：飲み薬、湿布
                      ：運動開始 (肩関節が堅くなり始めている。)
                      ：痛くない方の腕、肩で誘導してやる。タオル等
1年以降          ：回復期　ほぼ治まる。

不安もかなり残るがとうとう、切りました。
